Football season is almost here, and MetLife Stadium will once again welcome visiting fans from across the NFL. The 2026 New York Giants home schedule brings some of the league’s biggest fan bases to East Rutherford, and Away Game Tailgate will be there throughout the season to give visiting fans a place to call home before kickoff. From the season opener against Dallas to a late-season NFC East matchup with Philadelphia, this year’s schedule offers plenty of great opportunities for a football road trip. If you are a fan of a visiting team playing at MetLife this season, you definitely want to check out our Giants tailgates.
Giants vs. Cowboys: September 13
The Giants open their home schedule under the lights against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. Few visiting teams bring as many fans to MetLife Stadium as Dallas, making this one of the biggest tailgates on the early-season schedule.
With an 8:20 PM kickoff, fans will have plenty of time to arrive at the stadium, meet up with other Cowboys supporters and enjoy the pregame atmosphere before heading inside.
Giants vs. Titans: September 27
Tennessee comes to MetLife Stadium in Week 3 for a 1 PM kickoff. Titans fans making the trip to New Jersey can get their game day started early and spend the morning tailgating with other Tennessee fans.
For fans following the matchup before making the trip, the latest Tennessee Titans odds offer another way to keep an eye on Tennessee heading into the game.
Our tailgate begins at 9 AM for the 1 PM kickoff, giving fans several hours to eat, relax and enjoy the parking lot atmosphere before heading into MetLife Stadium.
Cardinals and Saints Visit in October
The Arizona Cardinals visit MetLife Stadium on October 4, followed by the New Orleans Saints on October 18. Both games kick off at 1 PM, which means an early start for the tailgate.
These games are a great option for traveling fans who want to turn an NFL road game into a weekend trip. Spend Saturday exploring New York City or northern New Jersey, then head to MetLife early Sunday morning for the full game-day experience.
Commanders Come to MetLife for Thursday Night Football
The Washington Commanders visit the Giants on November 12 for an 8:15 PM Thursday night game.
Division games always bring a little extra energy, and a primetime NFC East matchup should make for a great atmosphere around MetLife. Get there early, find your fellow Washington fans and enjoy the buildup before kickoff.
Jaguars Visit November 22
Jacksonville comes to town on November 22 for another 1 PM game. The late-November weather in New Jersey can be unpredictable, but that is part of football season in the Northeast.
For Jaguars fans traveling north, our tailgate gives you a place to meet other Jacksonville supporters before heading into the stadium.
December Brings the 49ers and Browns
The San Francisco 49ers visit MetLife Stadium on December 6, followed by the Cleveland Browns on December 20.
Both teams have passionate traveling fan bases, and we expect plenty of red and gold when San Francisco comes to town and a strong showing from Browns fans two weeks later.
December tailgates can get cold, so dress for the weather and come ready for a full day of football.
Eagles Close Out the Giants Home Schedule
The final Giants home game of the regular season comes against the Philadelphia Eagles on January 9 or 10.
There is no better way to finish the home schedule than with an NFC East rivalry. Eagles fans never have far to travel to MetLife Stadium, and Philadelphia always brings a large contingent to North Jersey.
If the game has playoff implications, expect the atmosphere inside and outside the stadium to be even bigger.
Tailgate With Away Game Tailgate
Away Game Tailgate is built for fans traveling to see their team play at MetLife Stadium. Instead of hauling grills, coolers, tables and food to New Jersey, you can show up and enjoy the party.
Our MetLife Stadium tailgates feature an all-you-can-eat buffet, non-alcoholic beverages, music, TVs showing NFL coverage and games for fans of all ages. Due to MetLife Stadium rules and regulations, alcoholic beverages are BYOB.
We are typically located near Lots F11 and F12, just a short walk from MetLife Stadium. Exact times are listed for each game, with our 1 PM tailgates generally running from 9 AM until 12:30 PM.
Whether you’re coming from Dallas, Nashville, Arizona, New Orleans, Washington, Jacksonville, San Francisco, Cleveland or Philadelphia, make Away Game Tailgate part of your 2026 trip to MetLife Stadium.
If you’re coming to MetLife to see your team take on the Giants, check out our Giants Tailgate schedule and reserve your spot before your game sells out.
