Terms and Conditions for Away Game Tailgate Events at MetLife Stadium
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in tailgating events (“Events”) organized by Away Game Tailgate at MetLife Stadium. By purchasing tailgating tickets or participating in any of our Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Payment and Pricing
All payments for tailgating tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase. The prices for our tailgating tickets are subject to change without prior notice. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other electronic payment methods.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for Away Game Tailgate tailgating tickets at MetLife Stadium are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions. If you are unable to attend a tailgating event for any reason, we are not obligated to provide a refund or credit.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
If a tailgating event is canceled by Away Game Tailgate or any other party responsible for organizing the event, you will be eligible for a refund of the tailgating ticket price paid. To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
5. Event Changes
Away Game Tailgate reserves the right to make changes to the date, time, location, or other aspects of a tailgating event. In the event of such changes, we will notify you as soon as possible. No refunds or credits will be provided due to these changes, unless the change results in the cancellation of the tailgating event, as described in Section 4.

7. Conduct and Safety
You are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner while attending any Away Game Tailgate tailgating event at MetLife Stadium. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the tailgating event, without refund, if their behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Away Game Tailgate and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your participation in any Away Game Tailgate tailgating event at MetLife Stadium.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Away Game Tailgate and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your participation in any Away Game Tailgate tailgating event at MetLife Stadium, including but not limited to, any injury, damage, or loss that you may cause to others or yourself.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in any Away Game Tailgate tailgating event at MetLife Stadium shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, and if such negotiations fail, then by binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey.

Away Game Tailgate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in our tailgating events constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

15. Photography and Image Rights
By participating in Away Game Tailgate events at MetLife Stadium, you grant Away Game Tailgate and its authorized representatives the right to photograph and record your participation in the events. You further agree that any photographs, videos, or other media captured may be used by Away Game Tailgate and its authorized representatives for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, in marketing materials and on social media platforms, without any further approval from you or any payment to you
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any other documents or policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Away Game Tailgate concerning your participation in our tailgating events at MetLife Stadium and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions between you and Away Game Tailgate, whether written or oral.
